The main purpose of the following is to protect the both the customers and the yacht operators from any sort of misunderstandings.

Cancellation Policy for Hourly Charters: 

If you notify us by email 7 days ahead of your event about cancelling you will receive a %100 refund.

If you notify us by email 7-2 days ahead of your event about cancelling you will receive a %70 refund.

If you fail to notify us with more than 2 days in advance about cancelling your event we can't refund you.

Cancellation Policy for Water Taxi/Transfer Services :

If you notify us by email 12 hours ahead of your transfer about cancelling, you will receive a %100 refund.

If you notify us by email 12-2 hours ahead of your transfer about cancelling, you will receive a %50 refund.

If you notify us by email with less than 2 hours before your transfer we can't give you any refund.

Important Note About Waiting Times for Water Taxis:

If you are late for your transfer and you make the water taxi wait for you for more than 15 mins you will be charged 50€ and this charge continues to add for every additional half hour of waiting.
