I made an online resevation, how can I be sure about confirmation?
Once you make your reservation we will give you a call to confirm everything.
Can I pay when I embark the yacht?
We require %50 of the payment whilst confirming your reservation and the rest of the payment the day before your event date.
Do I have to tip the crew?
If you wish to give a tip to the crew you can but it is not mandatory.
Can I bring my kids with me?
Yes, you can bring your kids with you. But you should always keep an eye on your kids whilst on the boat.
Can I choose the piers for embarking and disembarking?
Yes, but there may be additional fees when making such adjustments. Please ask and we will kindly deliver the information in advance.
Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?
Yes. you may bring your own alcoholic beverages but there maybe a service fee depending on the size of your party. Please ask in advance so there are no confusions during your event.
